Day 492

Ah! It has been a long time since I wrote my last blog. Actually, I was having lots of ideas to write upon. But I was in dilemma about choosing the right topic to write. Well, some of them were about the current affairs but I was afraid that I may write my feelings and may be I’ll get a notice from the blogging community for violating the community guidelines. So, I thought to drop those topics. Actually, telling and stating against the current Prime Minister or the current central government has become the freedom of expression and saying anything in favour has become violation of that freedom. So, its wise to choose the middle path where no violation takes place.

I know my last statement had forced you to think that may be I have become a blind follower (Andha Bhakt) or I’m going to defend the current central government on any issue. But its not like that. I’m not going to do that. Because I don’t think that its needed. Well, I think that after May,2014, many new words have come forward like communilasm, secularisim in danger, Andha Bhakt, Intollerence in India, anti muslims and pro hindu and many other things have came in our daily life. Previously, there wasn’t anything like that.

I differ here here from those who thinks like that. Actually, I believe that everything happens according to the time. If a incidence is pre planned to happen at certain time, then that incidence will happen at that particular time only. Lets take Mr Narendra Modi as an example. During the 2014, Lok Sabha elections, Congress party was sure that Mr Modi wont become the Prime Minister although Mr Modi was projected face of the Prime Ministrial candidate by the BJP. I still remember that senior Congress party leader, Mr Mani Shanker Aiyyer, had stated that Mr Modi won’t become Prime Minister as BJP wont get the majority. Mr Aiyyer invited Mr Modi to Congress headquarters to sell tea. But the reality is in front of all of us.

Mr Aiyyer went to Pakistan with a delegation of the Congress party. While giving interview to a Pakistani news channel, Mr Aiyyer asked support from the Pakistani people to dethrone Mr Modi. Pakistani anchor made fun of Mr Aiyyer by saying that its internal democratic problem of India and Pakistan couldn’t do anything. This proves that how much Congress party and its leaders were scared of Mr Modi.

Now lets take example of provocation of Article 370 and Shaheen Bagh protest against CAA, NRC and NPR. CAA, NRC and NPR were introduced to identify the illegal immigrants and the natural residents of the country. But Congress party named it as communal conspiracy against muslims which resulted in protest by muslim women for four months. Like wise the same thing happened in name of anti farmer bills protest. We witnessed the disrespect of national flag on 15 August 2021. It was done just to create a situation of communal disharmony and maybe in riots. But luckily none of these things happened. We have been told that Article 370 was introduced in Jammu and Kashmir for creating a normalcy in the valley and Mr Jawahar Lal Nehru was in mood to withdraw it after normalcy would be restored in the valley but it didn’t happened till 5 August 2019.

Actually, article 370 was been used as a political tool to gain political ambition of different political parties from time to time. There are many intellectuals who claim to be in favour of article 370. I just wanted to know few things. Why the Kashmiri youth was forbidden from marrying with people from other parts of India? Why was that Kashmiri youth will be barred from all the freedoms which Article 370 gave them if they marry other Indians? Why they were allowed to marry Pakistani nationals only? Why their Pakistani spouces were given more special treatment in comparison with Indian spouces? Was Article 370 signed for political merge in Republic of India against the invasion of Pakistan or to encourage the cultural ties with Pakistan and discourage the cultural ties with India? If no then why there was opposition of Article 370 for so many years? Actually, these things have always made me worried.

At the time of joining the Republic of India after partition, many princely states were allowed to have private purse and it was tax free. But in the regime of Mrs Indira Gandhi private purse system was abolished and earning of all those princely states were brought under the tax system of India then why wasn’t Article 370 abolished at that time? It was during the tenure of Mrs Indira Gandhi that the national emergency was imposed on the country for 21 months. All the opposition leaders were sent to various jails in the country but still Mr Narendra Modi is called a mad dictator by the Congress party leaders.

Well, I didn’t have this topic in my mind when I started writing. But in the flow it just happened. Or you can say that it just happened with due coarse of time while writing.

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY

HAPPY INDEPENDECE DAY

Happy Independence Day to all of my readers. Today is a day to remember all the martyrs who laid their lives for us so that we can see this day. We are in debt to all those martyrs and I don’t think that we can ever repay them.

Actually, in today’s time, a 23 years young boy is busy on social networking sites in search of a decent girl friend with whom he can fall in love. But Bhagat Singh fall in love for India and he was hanged till death when he was just 23. So, this is the change of mentality due to which I think we can’t repay even a fraction of 1 per cent of the debt which we have.

Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, Captain Vikram Batra, Major Mohit Sharma are few names who were young and felt in love for the country and laid their lives for the country. We are free and are enjoying today and having holiday due to these young people. I salute them for their selfless acts and their love for India.

Independence Day isn’t just an annual holiday to enjoy. It’s a time of the year when we have to pay tributes to our brave soldiers who aren’t at their homes just to make sure that we are safe at our homes. I know you people are intelligent enough to make a rational difference between just enjoying the holiday and to pay tribute to the brave soldiers who are still standing at the national borders for us.

Day 491

Well, I know that I was absent for more than three months from writing. Believe me, this time this absent from writing was intentional. I was having time and topic to write. But I wanted to have time for refining the content for the proper presentation. Actually, I was afraid that I don’t violate any guideline. Well, I’m scared of violating any guideline.

But I think there should be some guideline for Mr Nitish Kumar. I think that either he is in deep love for the chair of Chief Ministership or he wants to create a world record for taking maximum swear in for Chief Ministership. Actually, in the last 22 years, yesterday he took oath for the post of Chief Minister for eight time. Actually, I’m totally surprised by his action which he took Monday. He was having majority in the Bihar Legislative Assembly in alliance with Bhartiya Janta Party. But he ditched Bhartiya Janta Party and joined hands with Rashtriya Janta Dal and the Congress Party. I admit that now Mr Nitish Kumar has more number of seats in the Legislative Assembly but one thing is unclear to me.

In 2015, Bihar Assembly elections, Mr Nitish Kumar was having the same coalition with Rashtriya Janta Dal and the Congress Party along with Communist parties and few smaller political parties. Then also, he had quite a bigger number of seats in the state assembly but in 2017, Mr Nitish Kumar ditched RJD and Congress and joined hands with BJP. After 5 years, he had taken a U turn. This is totally confusing thing for me. I don’t understand that what do Mr Nitish Kumar want to do with switching the alliances. In both alliances, he was the Chief Minister. I think something sinister is going in his mind. Otherwise, I don’t think that there will be any reason for him to switch alliances.

As far as I have deduced by his actions, Mr Nitish Kumar’s decision to break off with the BJP and going with the alliance with the RJD is nothing more than political suicide. Many people are thinking that this is some kind of joke which Mr Nitish Kumar is doing. I think that he doesn’t want to be the next Chief Minister again. Switching alliances so soon has made him laughing stock in the state.

Till now, I used to think that Mr Nitish Kumar to be a person who doesn’t compromises on his principles for any post but now he has proved me wrong. For the last 17 years, he had always become Chief Minister while having alliance with BJP. But in 2015, he left NDA but again in 2017, he came back to NDA and now again he had left NDA. I’m waiting for anyone who can explain me the logic behind Mr Nitish Kumar’s sudden decision to quit NDA on Monday and quitting as Chief Minister and on Tuesday he took the oath of Chief Minister after having coalition with RJD and Congress.

I don’t know what to write next? Still I’m shocked after watching the last two days in the Bihar political situation. This shows that oncoming time will have many twists and turns which will affect the political environment in Delhi also. I think right now its time to wait and watch.

Day 490

I think these days I’m getting inclined to historical facts a bit. Actually, since I wrote my last post, an urge of exploring more historical things has increased in me. Well, Indian history is full of many facts and rumours. I think there are many rumours and stories being spread to hide few facts. Just like I wrote in my last post about the possible treasure at Jaigarh Fort. Till date, its very unclear about the outcome of the raid conducted by the Income tax department along with police and army. Movement of heavy trucks on the national highway from Jaipur to New Delhi is also unexplainable. Anyway, I don’t want to continue the last post. Today, I’m going to write on some new historical fact.

Indian history is full of invasions. From time to time, many foreign invaders have invaded India. It’s a long list of invaders. Few of them, stayed here and became ruler of India. Rest of them had looted India and have take numerous treasures back with them. One of those invaders who looted India was Bakhtiyar Khilji. Bakhtiyar Khilji attacked Nalanda in 1193 A.D. and it resulted in gruesome massacre and destruction of its library. Actually, Nalanda was a seat of knowledge. It was known as Nalanda Mahavira or Nalanda University. Actually, Mahavira means Buddhist monetary where a teacher teaches his students. According to Chinese traveller, Hieun Tsang, who came to India in 7th century, in Nalanda Mahavira there were 10,000 monks and 1510 teachers. At that time, mathematics, grammar, Buddhism, philosophy, astronomy were the subjects which were been taught at Nalanda. No fees were been collected from the students studying here.

Here a question arises that why did Bakhtiyar Khilji attacked Nalanda University? Neither it was a seat of power nor it was a place to save any treasure. This is the thing which is out of my understanding. It’s said that Bakhtiyar Khilji ordered to burn the library of Nalanda University. Its also said that the entire library took three months to get completely burned. Its also said that the library was the biggest library in the world at that time and around 90,000 books were stored in that library. As we know that Buddhism has always followed the principle of non-violence. Still, on the order of Bakhtiyar Khilji, his army killed Buddhist monks and other students staying at Nalanda University.

It’s said that students from China, Turkey, Persia, Korea, Japan and Sri Lanka used to come to Nalanda to study. But its so sad to know that Bakhtiyar Khilji ordered destruction of a centre of knowledge. In my view, it’s the most condemnable attack. I don’t think this to be a bravery act which is showed in the battle field. In this attack, at one side, ruthless and cruel invaders loaded with weapons were there against unarmed Buddhist monks and students. This invasion couldn’t be named as invasion because whenever there is an invasion then it’s considered that both sides had armies. But in case of Nalanda invasion, only Khilji had an army. Actually, in my view, this should be a barbaric act of Khilji but unfortunately, in history books, its known as Khilji invasion of Nalanda.

Well, there is a story behind this cruel attack of Khilji over Nalanda. It’s said that Khilji was very ill at one point of time. He was under the care of his personal physicians and he took a lot of medicines but there wasn’t any improvement in his health. With due passage of time, it got detoriated. Then Khilji was suggested to get treatment from Rahul Sri Bhadra, the principal of Nalanda Mahavira at that time. It’s said that Khilji wasn’t ready to get treatment from any non-Muslim physician. Initially, Khilji refused the suggestion of getting treatment from Rahul Sri Bhadra. But his health got more detoriated. At last, he agreed. Rahul Sri Bhadra was called and he examined Khilji. After the physical examination, Khilji put his condition that Khilji won’t have any medicine given by Rahul Sri Bhadra. Actually, the reason behind this condition was that Khilji wanted to test Rahul Sri Bhadra and Khilji humiliated the knowledge of Hindus as he thought that Hindus weren’t intellectual like Muslims. Rahul Sri Bhadra agreed to this condition of Khilji and he told Khilji that he won’t give him any medicine.

Rahul Sri Bhadra gave a copy of Quran to Khilji and told him to read few pages of Quran every day. Within a month, Khilji’s health improved. He was surprised that how he got healthy. Then it was revealed that Rahul Sri Bhadra had medicated the pages of Quran and hence the medicine had reached Khilji. Khilji was surprised to know this. He felt jealousy and insecurity that how a non-Muslim is more intelligent and intellectual than his Muslim scholars and physicians. To take revenge of this, Khilji decided to destroy the source of that knowledge which made Rahul Sri Bhadra such knowledgeable. Well, the library of Nalanda University was the source of knowledge of Rahul Sri Bhadra and many scholars like him and the scholars living in Nalanda University. Nalanda University had world’s largest library at that point of time. It was known as Dharamganj. Dharamganj comprised of three multistorey buildings. It’s said that the library had the collection of about 90 lakhs books. So, just to take revenge, Khilji decided to attack Nalanda University to destroy everything there.

Khilji’s army brutally massacred the monks and scholars residing at the university. Many scholars are believed to be burned alive. Khilji didn’t stopped here. He ordered to burn the entire library of the Nalanda University. It’s said that library took three months to completely burn down. Many manuscripts were in the original form.

Well, I think the attack of Nalanda by Khilji is nothing else but a personal ego issue. According to Khilji, non-Muslims weren’t equal to Muslims, forget being more knowledgeable or experienced. If this wasn’t the case, then why would he order the attack on Nalanda University? It was a place of learning, where Buddhist monks and scholars were staying with students. Nalanda University wasn’t a military school where army warfare was taught. It was a centre of knowledge, philosophy and religious studies. What type of bravery did Khilji showed by killing unarmed scholars and students?

The gruesome massacre at Nalanda was just a personal revenge of Khilji against non-Muslims. It was nothing more than egoistic win of Khilji. This is what I believe. But in our history text books, Khilji is portrayed as a glorified invader who invaded India and took its treasure with him. But the true history behind the Nalanda attack by Khilji isn’t mentioned in any history books. Irony is that a railway station in Bihar has been named in Khilji’s honour as Bhaktiyarpur Junction. To visit the ruins of the Nalanda University, one has to deboard the train at this Junction. Isn’t it sad that we are still using the name of a brutal, cruel invader for naming the railway station? I feel very sad.

Day 489

I know that there has been a gap since I wrote my last post. Actually, I wasn’t having idea to write about. So, I spent my time in my business and doing some research work. Actually, there are few facts in our Indian history that aren’t taught in our school text books. Well, I was going through a series of videos which were about Rajputana kingdoms. Now, it’s known to all of us that all the Rajputana kingdoms have been merged in Union of India by Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel after partition.

But one video caught my attention. The video was about Jaigarh Fort and its alleged connection with Indira Gandhi and Sanjay Gandhi. Jaigarh Fort was built by Raja Sawai Jai Singh II in 1726 in Jaipur. It was built just 15 kms from Jaipur. It’s also said that this fort was built for the protection of Amer Fort and Nahargarh Fort. It can be said that it was like a security post for Amer Fort that’s why Jaigarh Fort is 400 meters high from Amer Fort. But the main interesting fact which is related with Nahargarh Fort is the use of military power by Indian government during Emergency rule.

It’s true that Rajputana kingdoms had made a lot of forts in Rajasthan during their time periods. Many of them have perished with due course of time and few are still telling us the glorious history of the Rajputana kings and their times. But I think Jaigarh Fort is one of the mysterious Forts in India. Well, it’s a known fact that Raja Man Singh I was brother of Jodha Bai. We all know that Jodha Bai was wife of Mughal emperor, Akbar. So, in this way, Raja Man Singh I and Akbar were related to each other. Akbar always believed the military skills of Raja Man Singh I. So; it was obvious that Raja Man Singh I became one of the generals in Akbar’s army. It was said that Raja Man Singh I never got defeated in any battle. So, wherever Raja Man Singh I won the battle, that area came under Mughal control.

Now comes the interesting historic fact. I can’t say it to be fully true. It’s because this historic fact gave the birth to a mystery which is unsolved till date. Well, in 1581, Akbar sent Raja Man Singh I to Afghanistan tribes because Akbar wished to conquer Afghanistan also. Raja Man Singh I went to Afghanistan and fought with the local tribes and conquered them. It is said that he looted tons of gold and treasure from those tribes. But he didn’t tell anything about this treasure to Akbar. No one except Raja Man Singh I and his army knew about this treasure. The treasure was supposed to be buried in Amer Fort by Raja Man Singh I. with the passage of time, this treasure remained hidden from the world. But the rumour about the treasure never died. After Mughals, British government was ruling the Indian sub-continent. At that time also, Amer Fort and Jaigarh Fort were thoroughly searched. But Britisher were empty handed.

Now let’s come to the modern Indian history. In 1975, Raja Man Singh II was the king and his wife, Mrs Gayatri Devi was the queen. At that time, Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister of India. Although, Gayatri Devi and Indira Gandhi had studied together in Shanti Niketan established by Rabindra Nath Tagore. But both of them never had normal relations with each other. In 1962, Gayatri Devi defeated Congress candidate Sharda Devi for Jaipur seat of Lok Sabha. Gayatri Devi was very popular amongst her masses. On the other hand, Indira Gandhi never supported the system of princely privileges been given to the former princely states who signed the treaty to be merged with Union of India. We all know that Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel has given these privileges to all the princely states while signing the merger treaty with Union of India. But Indira Gandhi was never happy with Privy Purse enjoyed by these Princely States.

Actually, Privy Purse referred to an amount being given by the Indian government to the royal families of the erstwhile princely states. Well, the amount was paid to the royal families in exchange of giving their rights of ruling. The amount varied from state to state. But the amount was given by the Indian government which was bearing a burden on exchequer. So, in 1971, Indira Gandhi passed 26th Amendment to the Constitution of India, which totally abolished the Privy Purse. After abolition of Privy Purse, all the erstwhile ruler families became common men in India. There were legal cases against this amendment but there wasn’t much effect of that.

After that, came the Emergency period in India. Although, the legends of Jaigarh Ford never died and with passage of time it carried on. Even Indira Gandhi was aware of this legend. Emergency rule gave unchecked authorities to Indira Gandhi. During Emergency, she locked up almost entire opposition leaders in different prisons across the country. In this time, Gayatri Devi was locked up in Tihar prison in Delhi. So, it was a nice opportunity to start the treasure hunt at Jaigarh Fort. In 1976, a joint team of income tax officers along with local police and a unit of army raided the Jaigarh Fort and started excavation. Questions were raised about raiding Jaigarh Fort because the legendary treasure was supposed to be in Amer Fort. The logic behind this raid was that Amer Fort and Jaigarh Fort were connected by a tunnel. But during the raid, Jaigarh Fort was totally ransacked. Emergency was in force and local curfew was imposed near Jaigarh Fort to prevent the spread the news of the raid.

But it’s a rumour that the national highway connecting Jaipur to Delhi was closed for a day for normal traffic. Its also rumoured that a large convey of military trucks were seen on the national highway from Jaipur to New Delhi. But there is solid evidence to prove these rumours. Actually, still there are a lot of questions regarding the treasure of Raja Man Singh I. Indira Gandhi made a public statement that only 230 kg of silver and silver artifacts were recovered from the Jaigarh Fort. Then where the remaining tons of gold and jewellery went? Why Military unit was used for a raid of Income tax officials? Police force was enough to supervise the raid and evacuation of the treasure. Mystery still continues to embraces the treasure of Raja Man Singh I.

Well, till date no one knows where the treasure is lying. A theory says that a large amount of the treasure was used to build Jaipur city. Second theory says that the recovered treasure was sent to Switzerland by airplanes. Actually, Switzerland banks are famous for keeping the black money of the political leaders worldwide. But what is the truth is still a mystery.

Day 488

I know there has been a gap again since my last post. Well, I was doing some research work for my post so it took some time. But when I finally decided to write the post, I lost the interest in the topic. Well, this has happened with me for the first time since I have started writing post on the blog. I always try to have some basic research about the facts and figures on which I want to write. This time also, I did the same. But unfortunately, I lost the interest in that.

So, finally, I decided to write something extempore. Actually, writing extempore is something which doesn’t requires any research. Its totally on your mood about what to write and how to write. I think that extempore method makes your brain to work more. In little time, with limited time and words, one has to present the maximum output. But I get stuck when after a point, all the ideas get exhausted while writing. Actually, this is the factor which doesn’t allow me to continue further while writing a post when I decide to have extempore writing.

Today, I was thinking to give the final touch to the topic which was in my mind. But don’t know why, I deleted all the things and started afresh. It can be said that I wasn’t satisfied with the entire work so I just deleted the entire writing. It’s true that I took time and put some effort to make my post enjoyable for my readers but when I don’t feel satisfied then I don’t hesitate in deleting the work. It doesn’t matter about how much time and energy I have put in writing. The thing which matters the most to me is that it should be enjoyable to my readers.

You can say that this is the reason due to which I take time in doing research and analysis. In addition to this, the whole presentation should be enjoyable to the readers. If any of these criteria is missing then I don’t post it. I don’t hesitate in deleting the entire post. But I don’t think that you people care a little bit. Actually, I have written several times asking for feedback. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any feedback yet.

Frankly speaking, I don’t need any flattering feedback. I admire that feedback which will indicate about like or dislike of content, writing and facts. Till yet, I haven’t received any such feedback. But I haven’t lost the hope. One day, I’ll start having comments. Actually, feedbacks are like direction pointers. Feedbacks helps in creative writing.

Day 487

I know that I have been absent for few days since I last wrote my post. Well, this time was taken just because I was doing some analysis. I know I wrote about Sri Lankan crisis. Actually, I was doing detail research about this crisis. So, this is the explanation about my being absent from writing the post.

In the last post, I wrote that how gradually with time, China has increased its debt trap in Sri Lanka. There were many economic deals made between both the countries but only China is gaining much from those deals and Sri Lanka is going downwards. I wonder how Sri Lankan government failed to see this basic thing that China is going to exploit Sri Lanka economically? Is it a sign of economic slavery for Sri Lanka? Is China going to rule Sri Lanka economically in future? I’m afraid that it’s also possible that Sri Lanka can be used against India in future. Who knows what are the real intentions of China? But I’m afraid that China will make its military and naval base in Sri Lanka against India? Geographically speaking, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal are other neighbouring countries of India along with China.

China had already invaded Pakistan in name of CPEC (China Pakistan Economic Corridor). Although, the progress of CPEC is negligible today but it can be used against India. Sri Lanka is in same scenario. Actually, I’m taking you all in not so far in past. Well, after 1962 Indo – Chinese war, when Chinese military invaded Indian territory, I think Chinese hunger for encroaching neighbouring countries territories and including those territories into its own has increased. Maybe, this is the reason why China is investing heavily in economically weak countries like Pakistan and Sri Lanka. India has always been a huge market for China so instead of giving debts to India, China has always created products according to the Indian market. But, since, Mr Narendra Modi became Indian Prime Minister and he requested Indians to boycott Chinese products then the demand of Chinese products have gone down resulting loss for Chinese companies in thousands of crores. This had shaken the Chinese economy to an extent.

Hambantota port has become exclusive port for Chinese products in Sri Lanka. All the Chinese consignments unloaded at this port is exempted from the taxes by the Sri Lankan government. This means Sri Lanka government can’t have a single penny from the products arriving or leaving Hambantota port but Chinese government will have full profit from the sell or transfer of goods from this port. I’m unable to understand why Sri Lankan government agreed to such a one directional agreement? According to me, there may be two reasons behind this. Either Sri Lankan government officials or ministers got big cheque from China or Sri Lankan government gave Hambantota port to China in exchange of some default payments. I don’t know what’s the real truth behind this. But it was said that Hambantota port could be used as a military base. There was protest against this in Sri Lanka. Officially, India and America raised their concerns about the Chinese interference in Hambantota port which could result in clash of interest between China with India and America. Sri Lankan government transferred 85 per cent of assets of Hambantota port to the Chinese company along with giving the port on lease for 99 years.

Actually, borrowing from China to repay old debts became headache for Sri Lankan government. Instead of gaining from the investment, Sri Lankan government got more trapped in the Chinese dept. Hence, the present situation is the result of all the mistakes like Hambantota port. People don’t have much options left to them. Today, Sri Lanka is facing acute shortage of fuel, food, electricity, gas cylinder, medicine and milk. People are forced to wait in long queues for these basic commodities. In a civilised society, its hard to imagine to live in 13 hours non supply of electricity in a day. Due to shortage of fuel, Sri Lankan army has been deployed at every fuel station.

Actually, I was really shocked when I came to know that one kilo of rice is costing about 200 Sri Lankan rupees. Likewise, 400 ml milk is 800 Sri Lankan rupees and a gas cylinder used for cooking is costing 4200 Sri Lankan rupees. Its hard to imagine the life with such high prices for the essential products. Survival has become the toughest problem there. Situation like this will definitely lead to the revolt from the public. Although, Sri Lankan President has imposed national emergency to stop the suspected protest from the public again. Previously, one public protest has taken place which resulted in imposing curfew along with the national emergency. Later on, curfew was removed by the government. I think its clear that ban on the social media comes along with the emergency.

I just hope that soon the Sri Lankan government will come with some solution. I think asking for bail out from the international community is the only option left in front of them. But they have to be cautious with the Chinese help in future. Actually, China’s debt has already become a huge headache for Sri Lanka. I just hope that the Sri Lankan government doesn’t repeat its past mistake. Sri Lankan government has to formulate a plan for getting out of this economic crisis. It will take time but it has to do something. Actually, Sri Lanka’s dependency on imported items had made the situation a bit more complex. So, keeping these things in mind a new road map has to be formulated.

Day 486

In my last post, I wrote about the situation in Chinese economic invasion in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Actually, Chinese government has taken full advantage of political differences between India and Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Actually, the rivalry between India and Pakistan is world known. India has always proved that Pakistan is the heaven for all the terrorists operating against India as well as to the most wanted criminals of India. I don’t want to write more on that because you are aware of that.

Actually, relation with Sri Lanka has always been sweet and bitter with the time line. But after the LTTE issue, the friendly relation between India and Sri Lanka has somewhat become sour. This started in 1980s when the political difference between India and Sri Lanka started to have a downfall. Visit of Indian Prime Minister, Mr Rajiv Gandhi, in 1989 was to restore normalcy between both countries. But the attack on Indian Prime Minister during the guard of honour was the prove of dislike amongst the Sri Lanka people. Actually, this all was due to LTTE. The fight between Sri Lankan Tamils and Indian Tamils has always been a bloody clash between the two groups.

Well, China started using advantage of this political difference between India and Sri Lanka. China started helping Sri Lanka in constructing bridges, highways, railways, ports, airports and various other infrastructure projects. I wonder how does the Sri Lankan politicians ignored the simple fact that whatever project China was financing in Sri Lanka was for economic profit for China only and not for Sri Lanka. Today, the situation has arisen that there is no much employment for the native Sri Lankan in all these projects where as China is earning millions of dollars while just investing in these projects. I don’t think that all this would have happened until the ruling leaders of Sri Lanka were highly misguided or were heavily bribed.

Actually, I was watching news channels and suddenly I stopped to a news channel. The reporter was showing the current situation in Colombo. There was long queue for the cooking gas cylinders and the price of one LPG gas cylinders was 2650 Sri Lankan currency. I was shocked to hear the price. Then in the next clip, the reporter showed the coverage in night. It was hard to differentiate because no street lights were turned on. At the petrol pumps, long queues were again visible for petrol and diesel. In short, everywhere the situation was the same. People have to struggle for the basic things while high rise in prices have forced them to starve now.

How this situation arose suddenly? What made Sri Lankan government to bow down before China? Why China infiltrated Sri Lanka so deeply economically? Well, these are the things which are coming into my mind again and again. At one side, China got huge liberal duty exemptions from infrastructure projects and on the other side local people of Sri Lanka weren’t getting much employment neither Chinese investment were giving any chance of foreign revenue generation.

At the current situation, all the 26 ministers have resigned from the cabinet ministry. This proves that political leaders have simply gave up from their duties. I think not only China is to be blamed for the current scenario in Sri Lanka. Actually, I think while China was expanding its economic wings in Sri Lanka then the political bosses sitting in power gallery of Colombo must have enjoyed huge economic benefits. Well, I don’t hesitate in saying that ten percent blame goes to the Sri Lanka government also. without getting permission from the Sri Lanka government, China couldn’t have gained so much control in Hambantota port and Colombo port city project.

Day 485

I know that I have been absent again for couple of days. Well, I was busy in setting my new business. Anyway, I thought to write something today. But what to write was again the main issue. Actually, a lot of things are happening in our neighbouring countries. Well, the situation of both the neighbouring countries is almost similar and the cause of their current situation is exactly the same. Yes, I’m talking about Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

As you all know that Pakistani Prime Minister, Imran Khan, had dissolved the Pakistani parliament ahead of the voting for No Confidence motion against his government. In my view, this is a strategic move been made by Imran Khan to save his government and to have general election once again so that he can come to power again. But the opposition parties in Pakistan are going to their supreme court against this move of Imran Khan. Actually, the reason for this No Confidence motion against Imran Khan government is increasing inflation, increasing foreign debts on Pakistan, closure of China Pakistan Economic Corridor, not receiving funds from American administration and various other things. According to media reports, Imran Khan still thinks that he has got some popularity amongst Pakistani voters which is sufficient for him to get back into power. I don’t know how much is it true or what’s there in mind of Imran Khan? Actually, I’m least bothered about this because Pakistani history is full of seizure of power of democratically elected government by the Pakistani army. So, it’s not getting me that much curiosity.

Sri Lanka is on verge of domestic violence again. But this time, its due to inflation, power cuts, shortage of fuels and many other socio economic and political reasons. Actually, I think it’s for the first time, I have seen so much problem in Sri Lanka. Although, India has sent fuel and food grains to Sri Lanka and has promised to extend help in future also but the main thing which is disturbing me is that how these situations arose in Sri Lanka? What are those factors which lead the present scenario to pop up? Although curfew has been imposed in Sri Lanka but still all the 26 ministers have submitted their resignations to Sri Lankan President. Sri Lankan people have now come out in protests across the nation.

Well, the scenario in Sri Lanka is much worse than Pakistan. Actually, China has invested heavily in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. In my view, it’s a diplomatic move made by the Chinese government to lock India from two sides along with having a regular income from Pakistan and Sri Lanka. We all are aware that China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a free passage for China to have direct access to Gwadar port in Pakistan. Likewise, China has invested in Hambantota port in Sri Lanka and acquirement of land for Colombo port project worked as a boon for China. Actually, India was a huge market for China. But China wanted to expand its economic front close to India to counter the rising Indian economy. Choosing Pakistan and Sri Lanka was part of its strategy where it can have more access to economic front as well as to have military base also. Situation in Sri Lanka is result of this strategy only.

Day 484

Well, today I thought that I have to be absent from posting any post. Actually, I wasn’t having any topic in my mind to write today. So, I was in frustration. I was going through news channels. Suddenly, a news article caught my attention. It was a part of speech which Mr Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister of Bihar, gave yesterday in the Bihar Legislative Council. Mr Kumar was saying that if a person, who is still consuming alcohol is not an Indian. Along with that Mr Kumar has called such persons as a great sinner and most irresponsible person.

Actually, Mr Kumar made an anti-alcohol rule in Bihar which came in effect from 1st April,2016. Actually, this rule was made to fulfil Mr Kumar’s political promises which he had done during the Bihar assembly elections in 2015. To get maximum number of seats to form the government, he wanted his maximum candidates to win the election. For this he made political promise that he will ban alcohol in entire Bihar if he forms the government again. He won the election and after formation of the government, he fulfilled his political promise. Although, nobody was expecting him to take this decision because everyone was thinking that he won’t fulfil his political promise. But he did it without seeing its far fetch consequences.

Now since the ban of alcohol in Bihar, till date, not a single day has passed when we haven’t heard about the news of alcohol being found in different parts of the state. Trucks, lorries and other vehicles are being caught and seized by the Bihar police in cooperation of Excise Department of Bihar Government. But still, ban on alcohol hasn’t been 100% successful. Bulk of alcohol consignment is seized and arrests have also been made. Many alcohol smugglers have been arrested and put in the court. Then also, the supply is still on. I don’t understand that how the alcohol loaded vehicles are entering the state. How the excise department at the border isn’t able to seize those vehicles at the border itself? Why the vehicles are been seized when they have entered the state? I think Mr Nitish Kumar should investigate this first before making any statement.

Mr Nitish Kumar gave strict orders that the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police will be answerable for their districts. If any amount of alcohol is been seized in any district, then District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police will have to explain about the entry of alcohol in their district. If possible then they would be transferred from their posts. so, Mr Nitish Kumar should himself resign from his post because as a Chief Minister, he had failed to block the entry of liquor in his state. Actually, initially, there was a clause in the anti-liquor bill that if anyone or group of people are being caught consuming liquor then the whole house will be sealed and the family members have to vacant the premises. Now, which type of law is this? In my view, it’s a barbaric law in modern age.

Actually, I think Mr Nitish Kumar has made this law in very much hurry. He just wanted to prove that he is man of his words. Well, this is a very rare phenomenon in Indian politics where a politician really sticks to his or her words. Otherwise, we have a long list of politicians who have said something but later on they have taken U turn from their statements. How can we forget Mr Arvind Kejriwal, who used to vow on his children’s head that he won’t have coalition with either Congress or BJP? But after election, he went to both parties for coalition. Before formation of Jharkhand from Bihar, Mr Lalu Prasad Yadav, gave a statement that Jharkhand will be formed over his dead body. Jharkhand has celebrated its 21st foundation day in November 2021 and Mr Lalu Prasad Yadav is still alive. May God give him a long and healthy life. I was just saying that politicians always take U turn from their statements and later on they say that their previous statement was presented in wrong angle. Well, that’s not an issue with me because there is a long history where politicians have taken U turn. Today, I’m not writing on that topic.

Well, its true that officially Bihar is now a dry state but unofficially liquor is available at higher price. Actually, these days, instead of nabbing criminals, police are busy in arresting those who have consumed alcohol or are involved in manufacturing and distribution. Recently, Mr Nitish Kumar got a severe comment from Supreme Court. Supreme Court was really angry with the anti-liquor law because it was formulated in hurry without knowing its long affect on the courts also. Frankly speaking, there are 23 judges in Patna High Court but 16 judges were busy in executing cases related to liquor laws. So, there had again been amendments in the anti-liquor law. But I don’t think that it will have any affect.

Since the enforcement of the anti-liquor law, there is loss of revenue to state exchequer. But still, liquor is available in black market. So, whose profit is this? State exchequer or black marketers? What other steps Mr Nitish Kumar took for getting revenue to the state exchequer in lieu of liquor? Why still no companies are interested in opening their production units in Bihar? What measures Mr Nitish Kumar is taking to promote tourism in Bihar? Actually, with the ban of liquor in Bihar, the tourism industry also got a huge impact due to this. Well, I think if Mr Nitish Kumar had made a complete roadmap before imposing ban on liquor, then it would have been more beneficiary for the state exchequer.

Day 483

Today, I wasn’t in mood to write. But I thought that laziness will again come and there will be a gap again. Then this gap will lead to have guilt feeling in my heart. So, basically to save myself from that I thought that I should write something. Actually, writing daily was my aim but I never achieved that goal. There were many reasons behind that. But I have observed something.

Actually, there are many celebrities in our country from various sections of our society. Most of them are extremely busy in their works but still they get sometimes to mark their presence on the virtual world also. For example, Mr Amitabh Bachchan is still very active in shooting of movies and other projects are there with him which makes him busy round the clock but still daily I find a post on his social networking sites. Don’t know how he manages that. Same condition is with Mr Narendra Modi. Running the administrative work of the entire nations requires a lot of time and energy, but still, he gets time for his yoga and interaction on the virtual world also. Sometimes, I think that how they manage to do all these things in just twenty-four hours in a day.

The time is same for everyone. Everyone has the same twenty-four hours in a day but its utilisation makes the difference between individuals. Actually, for the last couple of months, I was trying to write a post on Mr Narendra Modi. But I was hesitating because for the last seven and half years, everything revolves around Mr Modi in Indian politics. If you are praising Mr Modi then you are his ‘bhakth’ and if you are critising him then you are secular. If you want to show that you are highly so called ‘intellectual’ then abusing and cursing Mr Modi is the only way to become one.

Well, whatever may be the side, but I haven’t seen that a leader has got so much popularity in Indian politics. Even if you are critising him then also it means that you are following him and his actions very closely. But personally, I think it’s his charisma that makes him the most adorable leader in the Indian politics. Indeed, there were many other leaders in Indian politics who have done tremendous things for the country but none of them have got so much popularity as Mr Modi has got. I think maybe the reason behind this is the way of working.

If we look into the post-independence Indian history, then we have seen that majority of the time, it was a single party rule across the country. I mean to say that at the centre and at the state level, there was negligible opposition. At a certain point of time, it looks like the country is being ruled by a single family. At that time, the progress rate was very less. The impression of India in the world was of a lagger. But now, the scenario has changed. The thought of entire world has changed since Mr Modi has come into the power. The most recent example of this has been seen in the current ongoing crisis between Russia and Ukraine. Safe passage was given to the group of people who were healding Indian national flag. Even Pakistani people have used Indian national flag to escape the conflict area. Russia and Ukraine had held their gunfight for six hours to give passage to all the Indians to leave the trouble area. I believe that this had happened to the changed mindset about India which wasn’t there earlier.

I don’t remember that during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, these things happened there. That time also, we had a strong-willed statesman leading the country. It was the for the first time that a non-member of the leading family was the Prime Minister. Anyway, that’s another thing. In the last seven and half years, we have seen how the opposition parties are after the suits being worn by Mr Modi, the foreign trips been made by him and many other things. Previously, we have seen that opposition parties have been successful in disclosing various scams like coal scam, 2G scam, commonwealth scams and more. But this time, opposition parties hasn’t been successful in disclosing any scam. Actually, previously, no one dared to ask questions from the leaders. During elections, leaders used to make many promises but all those promises were unfulfilled.

Its not like that there was no development before Mr Modi came into power. It was there but the pace with which the country progressed was at snail’s pace. Opposition parties are labelling him as a pro Hindu leader instead of being a secular leader. But Mr Modi has visited Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia and UAE. There also he had got a warm welcome. This proves that Mr Modi is equally popular across the world. I remember that before 2014, Barack Obama administration openly stated that Mr Modi won’t get the visa to enter United States of America ever because he has failed to stop riot in 2002 in Gujarat. Well, I haven’t forgotten the huge reception received by Mr Modi in New York when he visited United States of America on the invitation of Barack Obama administration. I think its impossible for anyone to force the American administration to take such a U turn. But it has been done for Mr Modi.

Day 482

In my last post, I went on the detail history of Kashmir conflicts and its political causes. Actually, it wasn’t in my agenda to write but my main topic couldn’t have been completed without going into the detail history of Kashmir conflict. Today, I’m going to cover the main topic on which I wanted to write the post.

Well, in my last post, I started with mentioning of a new Bollywood film “The Kashmir Files”. It’s based on the atrocities done on the Kashmiri Pandits in the Kashmir valley. This filmed showed how the Kashmiri Pandits were threaten, warned and then dragged out of their homes. The beatings of kids, young men and women and old peoples. Making comments like “Hindu women are allowed but without their husbands” and many other derogatory comments were commonly heard. Unfortunately, no action was taken because it was done in Kashmir. A state which was enjoying the status of special state under Article 370, which allowed Kashmir to have its own constitution and Indian constitution doesn’t have any value there except defence and international diplomacy.

Actually, it’s clear that Pakistan always wanted to have control over Kashmir since independence. It’s a clear fact, Pakistan was formed on the basis of religion. Since, its formation, Pakistan has only one dream of becoming the world leader of all the Muslims in the world. So, Pakistan started propaganda of spreading hatred amongst Kashmiri youths on the basis of religion. Actually, there were few separatist leaders who always gave speeches against Indian government and its policies. Gradually, Pakistan started infiltration of terrorists along with arms and ammunitions. It was a clear indication that Pakistan can’t defeat India in direct combat as it has seen in 1965 and 1971. Well, all the infiltration and cross border terrorism began to reach after 1989.

Well, Pakistani administration knew it very clearly that all the activities have to be done without being caught. Actually, Indira Gandhi had tackled the liberation of Bangladesh very efficiently. Diplomatically speaking, liberation of Bangladesh was the master stroke of Indira Gandhi against which Pakistan couldn’t do anything. But after the assassination of Indira Gandhi, Pakistani government began to prepare its base in the Kashmir valley. Gradually, with the passage of time, infiltration was on the rise. There were separatist leaders who held rallies and these rallies were about spreading anti India propaganda. Obviously, the funding and speeches were provided by Islamabad. Well, every fortnight, there were news of infiltration of terrorists across the border. It’s not like Indian army wasn’t doing anything. Indian army was doing its best to retaliate these terrorists. But there was lack of political will power at the Indian side. Actually, after 1989, there was multi party governments in India. This was the time when there wasn’t much attention been given to infiltration because none of the leaders were much interested in solving this issue.

Since, the inclusion of Kashmir in the Union of India, Kashmir dispute is still unresolved in the UN. Well, this has been due to lack of political will power. Second reason is the special status given to Kashmir under section 370. This section of the Indian constitution had made the situation more complex. Well, the attacks on Kashmiri pandits were clear indications that the separatist leaders under the influence of Islamabad wanted to make the entire Kashmir a Muslim state of Indian union. Then their master plan was to claim in UN that since Kashmir is a Muslim state and India has forcefully taken control of Kashmir. I think it was their plan to prove that the agreement between Raja Hari Singh and the Indian government was void and it doesn’t hold any importance in today’s time. But till now, all the efforts being made by the Pakistani government has failed. I don’t think that it will have any fruits because the current Indian government has taken back the article 370 which had separated Kashmir state with rest of the India. Now the entire Kashmir region is termed as Union Territory which means every decision will be taken by the Union government and it will be ruled as per the Indian constitution.

Day 481

These days, a new film is rocking the entire Bollywood. Its name of the movie is “The Kashmir Files” and it’s based on the killings and migration of Kashmiri Pandits in late 1980s and early 1990s from the Kashmir valley. Actually, Kashmir issue has always a hot topic of discussion since 1947. Well, this issue has been created by handful of politicians of that time to fulfil their political agenda and propaganda. But now this issue has taken many lives since early 1990s. First, it was killing and migration of Kashmiri Pandits followed by the terrorist’s attacks sponsored by our neighbouring country.

I agree that in 1947, post-independence, there were a lot of problems who needed immediate attention to solve them. Actually, all these problems were created by the British empire so that there will be chaos always in Indian subcontinent. They were successful also for a limited period of time. Well, after all, they were master players of divide and rule game. Anyway, lets begin with the post-independence scenario. There were about 562 princely states in India and they had been given option to chose one of the three options. The options were to join either India or Pakistan or remain independent. As we all know that almost all the princely states agreed to join India due to diplomatic effort of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, then Home Minister of India. Well, few states like Kashmir in north and Hyderabad in south decided to remain independent. Both of them refused to go with India or Pakistan. Its another story how nizam of Hyderabad agreed to Sardar Patel’s conditions.

Well, its clear that Raja Hari Singh was the last ruler of Kashmir. Although, he was a Hindu king but the majority public in his kingdom were Muslim. This was the key issue on which Mohammad Ali Jinnah proclaimed that Kashmir should be part of Pakistan instead of being an Indian state. At that time, Raja Hari Singh was having political differences with Jawahar Lal Nehru, then Prime Minister of India. That’s why he preferred to be independent instead of joining either India or Pakistan. But Nehru’s friendship with Sheikh Abdullah, a prominent leader of Kashmir. To have a square political situation with Raja Hari Singh, Nehru called Sheikh Abdullah as his blood brother.

Actually, Sheikh Abdullah had a dream to rule Kashmir. He had formed a political party also which was called Kashmir Muslim Conference which later turned into National Conference. Obviously, his dream was to remove the king and to become ruler of the Kashmir. That’s why the party was formed and since 1946, he started Quit Kashmir Movement just like Quit India Movement. Ironically, in 1945, Jawahar Lal Nehru made a statement in a session of National Conference that if non-Muslim wants to live in Kashmir, then they should join National Conference or say goodbye to the country. If Kashmiri Pandits doesn’t join National Conference, then no safeguard will save them. I think this was a clear threat being made by Nehru to the people of Kashmir.

For the rest of India, Nehru portrayed himself as Kashmiri pandit but for Kashmiri pandit he doesn’t belong to their clan. After all, he was blood brother of Sheikh Abdullah. To safeguard his political interest, Raja Hari Singh arrested Sheikh Abdullah in 1946 which was taken as personal insult by Nehru. Actually, Nehru and Abdullah were having their political issues connected. There was logic behind this also. Well, Sheikh Abdullah didn’t want to be a part of Pakistan because there were differences between Sheikh Abdullah and Mohammad Ali Jinnah. Jinnah considered Sheikh Abdullah as a traitor and an agent of Congress party. So, Sheikh Abdullah wanted to be a part of the Indian side. This was going to fulfil his political ambition of ruling the Kashmir. Maybe this was the political interest which was a driving force to get inclined towards Nehru. Nehru also wanted Kashmir to be in India.

Actually, all these differences were due to inter political interests. Raja Hari Singh also had a political interest that he didn’t want to leave his throne. His problem was that if he joined Pakistan then his state will be under an Islamic nation and in an Islamic nation, he won’t be treated well because he is Hindu. If Hari Singh joined India, then his state will come under the democratic system of government where the ruler will be elected from the general public through election process. This also was unacceptable to Raja Hari Singh. That’s why he wished to be independent. He didn’t want to be a part of either India or Pakistan.

But Mohammad Ali Jinnah had different plan. He wanted Kashmir to be a Pakistani state because the majority of the population were Muslims. On the basis of religion, he thought to get Kashmir merged into Pakistan. But with refusal from Raja Hari Singh, it was difficult for Jinnah also to claim Kashmir as Pakistani part. It was crystal clear that Jinnah didn’t have friendly relation with Sheikh Abdullah so there was attack on Kashmir by the Pakistani side. Jinnah thought that having Kashmir by force will solve the problem. So, Pakistani forces comprising of Pakistani Pashtun tribal militias crossed the border to take control of Srinagar. They thought that by taking control of Srinagar they will have the control of entire state. But by that time, Maharaja Hari Singh sought help of Indian government by signing Instrument of Assession to India. Then Indian forces fought the war with the Pashtun tribal militias and saved Kashmir from going into Pakistani control.

But Nehru made a mistake by going to United Nations to solve the Kashmir issue between India and Pakistan. Till date, this is a disputed case between both countries without any decision. With the influence of United Nations, a ceasefire was made and it was said that the forces will remain where there were. That’s how Pakistan occupied Kashmir (POK) came into existence.

Day 480

I would like to greet you a very happy and colourful Holi in advance. Actually, I won’t be able to write any post on Holi. Well, this year Holi is being celebrated on two days that is Friday and Saturday. Hence this is causing the confusion about which day to celebrate Holi. Actually, I think that if there are two days of celebration of any festival then it kills the enthusiasm of the festive mood.

Let’s take the example of Holi this year. According to the Hindu calendars, Holi is on Friday and Saturday. Now suppose, you are in full mood to celebrate Holi on Friday. But your neighbours and friends are undecided when to celebrate Holi. At last, you decide to celebrate it on Saturday but when you visit your friend’s home then you find that the friend has already celebrated Holi on Friday. Then what will be your condition? Obviously, your mood will be off. Now take another scenario. You decided to celebrate Holi on Friday and went to your friend’s home, but your friend is in mood to celebrate it on Saturday. On your persistence, your friend will celebrate Holi half-heartedly. Then also, your mood will get spoiled. That’s why I prefer to have festivals on a single day when there is no confusion at all.

Well, festivals are the time when all the family members are together. But with due course of time and with increasing number of nuclear families, the meaning of celebration of festivals is changing. I’m not going far back. Let’s go back three decades back, when we were in primary classes. At that time, we used to have grandparents, paternal uncles along with their wives and cousins. Sometimes, maternal aunty used to come on festivals. There used to be so much fun in such a huge gathering. There was no issue of who will sleep where. There used to be a big bedsheet and we, children, used to sleep together. We used to have variety of foods. But now, even if a single person arrives our home, then we get worried about how to make arrangements for him. At present time, due to professional life, most of us are leaving far away from our home towns. We don’t get the feeling of ownness in different cities. Whenever we return to our home towns then we get a feeling of ownness.

Anyway, I don’t want to drag this post long. Let me enjoy the festive mood of Holi with my sweet memories and my family. You also enjoy Holi with your family. Happy Holi once again.

Day 479

Again I’m back after a long gap. This time I won’t say that I’ll be on time and punctual. Actually, sometimes, our control over ourselves or the environment or our action. When I was in school, then I have read an English proverb, “Man proposes and God disposes.” Well, I think this proverb has a very high accuracy and impact upon my blog writing. Whenever I have decided to write the blog with continuous ideas with daily posts then something had happened which had forced me to come on back foot for few months or couple of years. Same thing happened this time also.

It’s not like I was very busy in my professional life. For the last seven or eight months, I don’t have any professional life. I quit my last company and I didn’t have any regret for that. Circumstances were such that it was clear indication for me that I won’t be there for a long time. Or you can say that I was destined to work in that company for that time period only. Well, I say that whatever is fixed to happen at certain point of time then that thing will happen at that point of time. It can’t be resisted or stopped. I believe that everything is predetermined by the supreme authority. For me, supreme authority means God.

Actually, I think that there is some power beyond the limits of human thinking and beyond nature. It can be called as super power or supernatural power. But the power is there. That’s why we believe in God because we think that this power is beyond everything. There are many things in this world which are beyond any scientific explanations. This proves that there is a power beyond science. I’m not criticising science here. I’m just saying that there is some spiritual power in this world. Science has evolved a lot with the passage of time. But since human race has started living in community, it has prayed to the supreme power as God.

But these days, the fight has intensified that my God is superior to your God. This thought is creating imbalance in the world. It’s not like there weren’t fights or wars between two persons, two groups, two communities or two countries since human race has started living in community. But this war of my God versus your God is something which is more dangerous than any epidemic. You can cure any disease or epidemic with the help of science and technology but you can’t cure any thought which brings destruction only.

There are several inventions in science and technology which are blessings for the entire human race. I can’t deny that. But there are few inventions too which are like curse for the entire human race. Well, I think it depends on the intention of the people using some particular technology whether it’s a cure or it’s a blessing. Let’s take example of nuclear energy. The concept of the nuclear fusion depends on whether it’s a controlled one and is used for power generation to solve the electricity generation, or for fuelling naval ships and submarines or for medical remedies. Same nuclear fusion can be uncontrolled which can trigger a nuclear warhead being mounted on a missile which can be used against the opposition country during a war. Likewise there are many inventions in the science and technology which can be used either for the humanity or against the humanity.

Anyway, it’s good to write something again after a long time. Let’s hope that this time I’m regular with my posts. Even I want to have the same thing. But unfortunately I have failed in doing so. But this time I’m wishing that I get some success.

Day 496

JAI SHRI RAM   Actually, I thought to write this post on 22 nd January itself, but I was busy whole day in watching the live broadcas...
